LibCyber Desktop starts abnormally

The software configuration file writing error may be caused by shutting down or restarting. Try to delete the configuration file directory and restart the software.

Windows

Open the file explorer, enter %AppData% in the address bar at the top, hit enter, enter the directory, delete the folder named pirate, and restart the LibCyber Desktop software.

macOS

Open Finder, press the shortcut key Shift+Command+G, enter ~/Library/Application Support/ and hit Enter, enter the directory, delete the folder named pirate, and restart the LibCyber Desktop software.
